History of the Homestake Opera House - The Jewel of the Black Hills

On December 25 & 26th, the special Christmas Attraction "My China Doll" came to the Homestake Opera House. Matinees ran Christmas day at 3 p.m, Satu. 2:30p.m. General Admission was $1.00 for adults, 50 cents for children 10 to 16, and 25 cents for "kiddies under 10 years." Evening performances were $2.20 for adults and 85 cents for children 10 to 16.
