Help us Reinstall the Operahouse Seats
All of the seats were lost during the fire of 1984 and each one needs to be replaced. There are
a couple of ways to go about donating to the seat fund.
The most immediate option is to donate money directly to the "Seats Fund" through the donation box on this page. Your gift will go directly to the purchasing of new seats for the theater. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
The other available option is to purchase a row of seats for $1,000. If you choose to buy a row of seats
the Opera House Commitee will enscribe your name on a plaque that will be placed at either end of your
row. If you are interested in purchasing a row of seats, please contact the

There is also a Class Seat Program where a graduating class from the Lead High School can collectivly purchase
a row of seats. The classes of 1941, 1942 and 1951 have already bought their rows... Hurry up, they're going fast!
